An invoice is issued for all business travellers or those on training courses.​

Rates for 1 person

• € 70 per night, minimum booking of 2 nights.

• € 110 for one night only.

​Rates for 2 persons

• € 90 per night, minimum booking of 2 nights.

• € 130 € for one night only.

​- 10 % for 7 nights or more.
- 30 % for 28 nights or more.​

Breakfast rate​ : 

• € 10  per person per day

​- A queen size bed, desk, connected TV, very high speed fiber Internet, coffee machine and tea service.
- Bathroom adjoining the room with a large shower, large sink, toilet, hair dryer and toiletries.
- Each bedroom have its own bathroom.
- Kitchenette on the same floor, shared by the 2 bedrooms with 2 fridges (1 per room).

Parking is free on the avenue in the blue zone (Limited to 1 hour during the day and free in the evening from 6 p.m. until 9 a.m. the next morning). Railway station parking at €5.80 per day.

Stay in total autonomy like in a studio.

Arrival time from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m.
Check out time until 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. on request.
