With a surface area of 24m², this quiet room has a view of the gardens and a private bathroom.

Ideal for business trips.
An invoice is issued for all business travellers or those travelling for training purposes.

Rates for 1 person during the week:

• € 60 per night, minimum booking of 2 nights.
• € 100 for one night only.

Rates for 2 persons during the week:

• € 80 per night, minimum booking of 2 nights.
• € 120 € for one night only.

​- 10 % for 7 nights or more.
- 30 % for 28 nights or more.​

Optional breakfast rate:

• € 10 per person per day

- Queen-size bed, desk, smart TV, high-speed fibre internet, coffee machine, tea set, chocolate.
- Private bathroom with a large shower, wide sink, toilet, hairdryer, towels and toiletries.
- Each room has its own bathroom.
- Kitchenette on the same floor, shared by the two rooms, with two fridges (one per room).

Free parking on the avenue in the blue zone (limited to 1 hour during the day and free in the evening from 6 p.m. until 9 a.m. the following morning).

Paid parking opposite the Zenpark building and new station car park at €5.80 per day.

Stay independently, just like in a studio flat.
