The 2 furnished rooms are on the 2nd floor of a beautiful century-old house, each with its own bathroom + 1 shared fully-equipped kitchenette.

The furnished flats and studios are offered with hotel quality service: bed linen, towels and soap are provided. A fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea is provided. A cleaning service is also available on request. Towels and sheets can be changed on request by text message or telephone. General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)
- Booking: You can book by email, telephone or on the travel platforms Airbnb, Booking and Gîtes de France.
- 2 nights minimum: To book one of the 6 accommodations offered by Ma Chambre Chic, you must book for a minimum of 2 nights.
- Long stays: You can book for 1 week, 1 month or more: -10% for 7 consecutive nights / -30% for 1 month or 28 consecutive nights.
- Check-in form: An identity document is required for check-in.
- Breakfasts: Ma Chambre Chic does not offer breakfasts, a fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, oven, crockery as well as coffee and tea makers is available to travellers. Coffee and tea are provided.
- Payments: You pay for your stay on the travel platforms Airbnb, Booking and Gîtes de France. For direct bookings, payment is made on arrival by credit card or cash. Transfers are accepted, the bank transaction must be sent and received before arrival.
- Deposit: No deposit, payment in full is made on arrival on site or on the booking platforms Airbnb, Booking and Gîtes de France - Ma Chambre Chic will never ask for a deposit, we only ask that you give as much notice as possible in the event of cancellation for direct bookings.
- Cancellation: No justification, no penalties will be requested for cancellations of direct bookings, we thank you in advance for notifying us as soon as possible. For bookings on travel websites, please refer to their cancellation conditions.
- Invoice: An invoice will be issued on request for direct bookings and Booking.com. For Airbnb and Gîtes de France an invoice is automatically created in your personal space.
- Guest parking: The Business Suite, Cosy Studio and Chic Studio have guest parking available subject to availability: no discount will be given if it is full. However, you can park on the street free of charge. Only the Business Appart has a private numbered parking space.
- Paid car parks: The rooms in Tourcoing are close to 2 car parks: ZenPark ( opposite the house-Tariffs on their app ) and the Tourcoing train station car park 3 minutes' walk away at the rate of €5.80 per day.
- Changes to the terms and conditions: Ma Chambre Chic reserves the right to make changes to its terms and conditions of sale in line with current developments and regulations. Make sure you read them before booking.

- Arrivals: 2pm to 9pm
- Departures: 7am to 12pm (3pm on request).
- Keys: Travellers receive 2 keys on arrival: 1 key to the room + 1 key to the main entrance for a completely independent stay.
- Visitors : Visitors are not permitted.
- Wifi: High-speed fibre connection, free of charge. Ideal for business travellers.
- Serenity: Respect and calm are the assets of our house. Quiet must be respected from 9pm to 7am.
- Security: 2 external cameras are placed at the entrance of the house and at the back on the terrace. There are no interior cameras.
- Tranquillity: To ensure a peaceful stay, please do not wander the corridors and staircases of the house at night. If you return late, please be discreet and walk lightly on the stairs.
- Parties: Parties are not permitted.
- Pets: The house is not suitable for pets.
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or inside the house.

- Arrivals for flats in Tourcoing: 2pm to 10pm
- Departures: 12pm (3pm on request).
- Keys: I will welcome you personally to hand over the keys. You leave on your own, putting the keys in the letterbox.
- Wifi: High-speed fibre connection, free of charge. Ideal for business trips.
- Security: Exterior cameras are installed at the building entrances and in the car parks. There are no interior cameras.
- Peace and quiet: If you are staying in a residential building, please respect the neighbours by not playing your TV or music too loudly.
- Parties: Parties are not permitted.
- Pets: Pets are not accepted.
- Smoking: Please do not smoke inside the accommodation. For accommodation with a balcony, an ashtray is available. Please do not throw cigarette butts over the balcony.
